Hi Guys,

New to the forum, just had a quick question regarding eBike Insurance.

Do you receive access to the certificate straight after you have paid via their website? Reason I ask is that I'm due to pick my new bike up tomorrow and need to tax it....hence need the insurance certificate!

Thanks in advance

Mark

Yep, funnily enough I did this today. You can download it immediately from your account.

Same for me too. Got e-mailed account info which allows logging on to the site and then can print it straight off the site.

Perfect - Thanks very much

I originally went for RAC insurance but then the website said I needed to wait 5 days for my documentation.

I called them to see if they could scan my policy and email to me. Lady said someone would call me back and I've not heard from them.

Easier to cancel and insure via eBike than faff with fax/scanners/emails in the morning...

Thanks
