Shocked shitty driving and riding, as there's dotted plus solid white lines i'm guessing it means the same there as here (no overtaking).
god knows why the car driver was over that far but the rider did himself no favours.

I see this the other day, fair enough the driver crossed the line when over taking, but as others have mentioned the bike should not really have been overtaking where he did.

Both stupid as each other IMO.

While clearly the biker shouldn't have been overtaking, he wasn't actually outside his lane when the collision took place. So it's entirely the cagers fault. Take out the car in front of the bike and suddenly you've got a whole different story.

Overtaking on a right hander like that where his view of oncoming traffic is obscured is a bit of a no-no. And with a pillion on the back too, she was obviously shaken up by it. Dozy cagers fault but the bike positioning left the rider more vulnerable than he should have been.
