If fuel pisses out they're too high, if it doesn't get fuel to the engine they're too low  ____________________ Back on a Blade. Just feels so right. |

Hi
No, the float height will affect the fueling on all throttle openings.
You check the float height, normally, with the carbs off the bikeand on there end so that the floats are only just resting on the needle valves (ie, NOT with the carbs upside down). You then measure them, normally from the base of the carb to a point on the floats.
What bike is it?
