Salutations All

There has been a couple of people (myself included) who have expressed interest in another BCF BBQ. To me, that sounds like a bloody good plan.

Edit: 14th - 16th now BOOKED. Price is £9 per night as per last time, unless someone can talk them into a deal. PAY ON THE DAY also.
Address: OX17 2NE, it's the field behind F2 motorcycles.

Benson

Put my name down. As long as I can get the time off work (which I will book early this time) I'll be there. August/September good for me too.

Moar BANG. The entry "fee" should include a can of some sort Smile

Yeah, put my name down, if that is actually a serious ongoing project Smile

Bahaha, a normal entry is a can of beans and a VIP pass is a deodorant can? Laughing Laughing

As President of the Fire Committee......

VIP pass is 2 cans of.....

https://i48.tinypic.com/2yw93mh.jpg

It has to be a pierceable one, no valves allowed as they contain safety nazi pressure release valves.

Job Jobbed!

Im in. Cool

The field Simples is talking about, is it on a farm? Im just thinking that blowing shit up surrounded by farm animals may not be the best idea.

I think we should consider the camp site in Banbury again, when I spoke to the lady she said that if we use the field again we can negotiate some sort of discount. And we would get to use the top field which would be better for our needs Laughing

It also seemed to be quite central for most people.

yaaaaaaaaaaaaay! \o/

Tiny Cornish is off school until the end of august and he's going up for a hol with his dad somewhen in that time. His dad is in london so if the bbq doesn't coincide exactly with his holiday i can drive him up to his dad's for an extra weekend and combine it with the bbq trip.

Cash-wise there's no chance the bike will be sorted by then so i will be in the bint-mobile so if anyone is going from anywhere along the route up from penzance i can provide a lift Thumbs Up

Well, I should imagine we can easily arrange to go back to the same place. Let's see how many numbers we can get - it's rising Smile

I wanted to go this weekend, but I had far too much to do at home (kitchen, bathroom and heating being done).

All that shit should be over by September (and the weather ought be better) so I'm up for it, moreso if it's at Banbury.

I'm up for it, if it's in September - weekends are booked solid until then. It might even show signs of not rain by that time.

What the hell, I'll throw my lot in with this. The journey was a pretty nice run, and a good laugh was had by most. Works for me, provided we follow the Friday to Sunday pattern.

Much as I'd like to attend I can only do once a year I'm afraid. Crying or Very sad

IMO you should try for the same venue, and try and get the fire field as the site, don't have to worry as much about damaging the place!

Also, if the owners are actively seeking our custom we could ask for a few things to be prepared before we got there, ie gazeebos, fire pit, firewood and benches. Don't forget we got cooked brekky's, very reasonably, which IMO was a huge bonus.

Just a quick question, has the BBQ become a rally?
If so where's my badge? Laughing
