I've managed to convince my bro to take out next year an insurance policy of around 30 - 35 as opposed to 62 that he's paid with KC.

My next task is to find a dog food for that is top notch but does not cost 70 quid for 13.5 kg. Namely origen.

Helpfull replys welcome, no need to comment on bros more money than sense, he just don't have the sense.

Afaik James Wellbeloved is a god one at 30 quid 15 kg ..

We use Skinners working dog mix with our labrador, recommended by a few trainers we used. Because it is "working dog" food, it is vat free and you can pick it up for £20/15KG which is pretty cheap.

Never had a bad batch like we have with Eukanuba.

i wouldent go for anything you can buy at sh!tholes like Pets at home.
We at the moment feed our dog on Real meat - comes as a big footlong by 5 inch sausage, frozen.. Defrost, give 1/3 per day. Sorted. She has a lovely coat, really enjoys it ect.

and dont listen to most vets advice on dogfood. most are endorced by a manufacturer

Despite showing signs of intrigue, you do disappoint sometimes, usually right after you've cracked one off over the daily fail.

You really need to click the enemy function. Rolling Eyes

Mine used to exclusively have James Wellbeloved but it got slightly expensive so he know has half JWB half Chappie.

Lovely coat, no stomach upsets and not hugely expensive (costs about £40 a month to feed my lab cross basset hound).

Woah, it really isn't Wagg is a very low quality dog food as is butchers, your dog's love it because of the crap it contains to mask the actual crap it contains.

Arden Grange is probably about the best food you can buy, used human grade meat meal. Cheapest places to buy AG are Petshopbowl, Swell pets, and random deals off ebay for buying 2 bags or more.

James Well Beloved have just been bought by Pedigree who use/have used vivisection (testing on animals) as part of the Mars group. So i personally now avoid that company.

Dog food is graded by star ratings, a 1 star food e.g. Gilpa's Dr John, is a 1 star food and contains the 4 D's (Dead, dyeing, diseased & deformed) animal meal (note the lack of the word meat)

Feeding your dog raw can be done very cost effectively, be ware feeding your dog a meat exclusive diet is not a complete diet for your dog.

Be wary of feeding your dogs working food when they're house pets, excess energy and boredom will result in the dog trying to calm itself down..by chewing.

Info about dog food grades:
https://www.dogfoodanalysis.com/dog_food_reviews/

Info about pet food labels(how to read a label for it's true contents):
https://www.dogfoodproject.com/index.php?page=labelinfo101

Info about raw feeding (BARF):
https://www.dognutritionguide.co.uk/barf-diet-for-dogs/

My 6 working spaniels are fed on AG Lamb and rice, they were on the puppy kibble until 14 months old, my father is a butcher and they also have a mixed kibble/barf diet.

Why's it mutilated?

I have a dog who will fetch clays, but only the intact ones. Shards are no use to anyone, even an idiot knows that...or do you?

I ask again, how is it mutilated?

Presumably it came with it's docking certificate and already microchipped as this is the law....

Doesn't it have to be a working dog to get the certificate though? Confused This one is clearly a pet despite being a working breed.......

Agree. We use CSJ "That'll do" for most of the dogs, or "Champ" for working dogs.

You could always move onto the BARF diet, that's free if you know a friendly butcher (apart from buying any veg and supplements).

How do you know at 2 days old whether it's going to be a Field Trial Champion or an active pet?

Yam yam bam bam, the pic is indoors, out the back is Chav can be seen miandering about, the dog is there fore always , alert , ready and waiting to kill said Chavs, can't have the tail getting in the way now can we .....

Nahhh seriously, it's for the badger baiting, but you can't tell the vet that, so a Chav certificate was issued, don't know whether it's caus bro is a Chav or the dog is certified to kill Chavs. Rolling Eyes

Oi simple .... Are you referring to stes recommended farmer stuff, caus was gong to try that.

Bro feeds his Origen, 75 quid a bag of 13 kg ... Now that works out at more per kg than pork joints !!

You seem besides your part time job as a cunt, I,m full time cunt, but you knew that. Anyway you seem up to speed of dog, what high end stuff do you recommend so that dog is on the best but not at 75 quid a throw.

He,s also on some yoghurt and powder stuff brought from the vets. He does not at present get all the meat leftovers etc just tit bits.

Yours for only the dog and bro not me.
