Sorry mate I don't know anything about automatics liek yours but it does sound like the safety mechanism that doesnt let you pull off with the stand down has gone a bit wrong.
Try posting in "The Workshop" part of the forum ____________________ NSR 125 |

I don't recommend posting your personal mobile number on a google indexed forum
You'll be spammed to death in no time.
As far as I know the side stand is just a kill switch, look at it and see the button it pokes when the stands down, how that would be reversed I have no idea ____________________ Fzr-600 1999 |

A dodgy Gilera is hardly "biking news", it seems that about half of the Workshop posts are about them.
If it dies immediately while off the stand then I'd definitely suspect a deliberate kill switch.
How handy are you with a multimeter? £4 delivered, takes all the guesswork out of it. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
