need help bike tour

hello dear friends

my name is atif rehman, i am from Pakistan, i need from all bikers i plan a tour around 29countres up to 200,000/- KM distance on two wheels riding motor-bike.
i don't now which kind of documents i need and who give me permeation for it if any buddy now plz help me i also contact with many ministry's and government officers but thy ask me we don't now about it.
if you now plz plz help me.
and never say never.
