OK, I'm 6'3 and I have bought some cheapish textile waterproof trousers from fleabag. Trouble is they ride up when I'm riding and by the time I stop they are over my boots and I look a twat.
Can anyone recommend some leathers or textiles that are the right side of £80. I need at least an inside leg of 34 inches.

I'm 6'6'' and am using Merlin textiles I bought for £100 (bit over budget but you may get a second hand ones in your range).
They're decent length and are waterproof enough to keep your balls dry (unless you're doing few hours in a rain), you also get the heated liner.
I suggest you take a look though them, they're worth the buck

I have a 37" inside leg, had to take back some Hein Gericke textiles not so long ago because they rode up too far.

I ended up with Alpinestars in the end, they seem to do fairly long legged trousers
