Quick update for those who care since I haven't been on here for a while:

Waffles, my much loved pet rabbit (<--- and avatar) who thought he was a dog has passed away a couple of weeks ago. I got a text from my ex, with whom he still lived (along with Pixie the rabbit and Ben the dog) saying he died in her arms after looking poorly for a couple of hours.
As far as I understand he was comfortable and happy up until his death, my ex's good nature with animals assures me of this.

Here's a couple of his best bits:

From then on, I and the bicycle feelings deeper.

Does rabbit meat age well? As far as I know 2 weeks without proper preserving would render the meat inedible to all but the Welsh. Sick

i did the same as Tonka. Shat about Waffles the biker lady, then was relieved then was sad for your bunny.

He's such a cutie. You must be really sad to lose him, but it looks like the little bloke had a lovely life with a very peaceful end.

You had me going, too!

However losing a pet isn't easy but from the sound of it he had a comfortable last few hours and had company and hugs at the end. Any bunny that poses on a bike is alreet in my book!

Just over 4 years old, ex got me him for my 21st birthday but he stayed with her since he was very attached to her bunny.
He was very well trained, would come when called to, sat on the sofa to watch TV and the one time he escaped he was found chasing the neighbour's bengal cat around their garden. Sad Sorely missed.

I like your bunny, he looks very guilty of something!
