having difficulty with my clutch cable cant belive im struggling with this,

I installed a new cable as the old one has had it and it seems as though the new cable is too big, With both adjusters at the clutch and handlebar lever i only just get a ok clutch freeplay, could still do with being tighter

here are some pics can someone confirm the cable is set right by the engine ?

Did the old cable snap or were strands of the old one starting to fray?

If you can size the new one alongside the old one are they the same?

Did you buy a genuine or a pattern part?

Did you adjust the actuating arm on the engine? The reason I ask is because it does not look like it is at the best angle.

Do you have a manual for the bike?
