Greetings....

Give it a go, trying too hard on your first ever attempt will probably see you drop it. So just go, relax and enjoy yourself.

The crucial thing to be aware of is that, it will show you how to handle a bike better than any other motorcycle sport or training. RoSPA or IAM run specific days to teach these skills for a lot more money - Motogymkhana - £15. But you need to do it more than once - could you swim or ride a bike on your first attempt?

The trial day courses are set up to be challenging but not impossible for novice Gymkhana Riders, trust me, I help set them up!

If your looking at people on YouTube like Yoshi or Ramkhana, just take in mind, these are the Rossi, Stoner, Lampkins of the Gymkhana World and the guy on the CBR600 has been doing Motogymkhana for 10 years +

I'd love to have a go too, but would prob need to get a 2nd bike cos I couldn't bear to be dropping my main form of transport... which I guess would be almost inevitable when learning these skills ?!

Mechanically sound, but cosmetically rough would be fine for me

I think its the best display of motorbike skills. I would LOVE to have that much close control of the bike, but until I get some kinda unfaired flickable bike, can't imagine trying it. My ZZRs fairings are just about holding on as they are >_>

This is it, not a lot of people have, I think I'm gonna take it up, I'd love to start a club down here where people could come along without having to use their own bikes, I think a lot more people would give it a go then!!

As soon as I can sort out a towbar and trailer or a van I am definitely giving Motogymkhana a go on my supermoto, I spoke to one of the guys at the dirtbike show last year and it just looked like a lot of fun!

As I said before, it's unlikely, but not impossible that you will drop it on the first attempt.

I love this sport, and it's the cheapest form of Motorsport you can get.

Please note, Motogymkhana have 3 AJP's for people that want to give it a go. But some of the people that give the AJP'S a go, soon find out, they go back to their own bike - because like everything - to start - you can ride and know your own bike.... Learning a bike and this sport is hard work... My avatar is me on my first attempt on my GTR1400. It can be done on anything.....
