Hi

How long has it been like this? Something that just came along, or coincided with a change (such as an exhaust change)?

All the best

Keith

hi keith...its a sudden thing...no change to bike at all...cept two new tyres last week....hmmm when she collected the bike (its mint 8,000mls)she found two new mirrors fitted seemed the gofor at the unit had caught one and broke the stem so they replaced them.....forgot to mention it to us......she also had a throttle rest for her palm and the rubber cushion was missing and we cant find it.......but how this would affect i dont know....but it was fine before...

Hi

Mmm, I would be checking for other accident damage. Bits like the foot rests and the tips of the indicators.

I would still be tempted to suggest the fueling first. Check the carbs for cleanliness and any damage to the carb diaphragms.

It it has been dropped then it could have upset the carb float height or (more likely) dislodged some rubbish from the tank to get into the carbs.

All the best

Keith
