Mmm, I would be checking for other accident damage. Bits like the foot rests and the tips of the indicators.
I would still be tempted to suggest the fueling first. Check the carbs for cleanliness and any damage to the carb diaphragms.
It it has been dropped then it could have upset the carb float height or (more likely) dislodged some rubbish from the tank to get into the carbs.
