Peugeot speedfight 2 no spark after been stolen&recovere

hoping someone can help me out here, basically my speedfight was stolen on bank holiday monday, i have got it back but they have pulled all the wiring out of the back of the ignition and the plug that the wires go into is missing, i have 4 wires, black,red,green,white&black.
Now i have rewired it acording to a picture i found online but still no luck, now i have changed HT lead, CDI unit,regulator and still no spark, any ideas?


Any help will be great as im sick to death of getting the bus cause some little **** decided he would knick my mode of transport!

Luckly the police have caught him, not that they will do much

am i been thick or do these scooters not have a coil, the ht lead has 2 wires going to it which come from the wiring loom, looking at the wiring diagram in the manual the green is an earth and the other is a yellow wire which comes from the cdi unit which i have already replaced.
