How easy do I need to take it while I'm scrubbing them in?

not too easy, just ride it normally, but with out taking to many risks, or riding faster than normal etc, just ride progressively and build it up to your normal level.......personally i find the first corner is normally the worse one Laughing

Yeah, I'd say the first 10 miles are about the worst, just ride sensibly and as craig said don't do anything really mad!

The place I get mine done say don't use full power for 100 miles but I reckon that's being a bit over-cautious!

You live in stoke right? ride to matlock - glossop - home -

tyres will be scrubbed in nicely after that Very Happy

Seriously they should be fine within 100 miles especially twistys, as has been said the first couple of corners are worst, reason being the ultra slippy slippy stuff they coat tyres in at the factory, just make sure your fist ride is not a wet one, wait till the roads are dry if possible or it will take a while to get the nasty stuff off...

McJam posting: Note to self - next time check that the rear tyre is actually on the right way around before getting it most of the way scrubbed in. Rolling Eyes

Well rhe rear is on the right way round now. Which is nice.

These 207RR's are already feeling a lot better than the supercorsas did. Which is also nice.

Depends on the bike really. I had bt090's fitted to my rs125 on one of the worst days of the year so far. I took it easy in corner for the first 20-30 miles before leaning over further.

Just rode normally on straights and they didn't spin up even when cold, dont think I'd like to try it on a 600 though.
