I really don't get the point in spending $65,000 (including the original purchase price) on a half hearted attempt at decent sports bike.

He could've bought a Desmo RR for the same price!

I understand projects like Ariel's Badger - making a bike that fits a certain set of regulations.
But, making up some daft restriction (gotta be a mito) and trying to turn it into something that's already been done much better for much less money just doesn't make sense...

Lets stir the pot and say that the Hyosung GT125 has a more robust and heavier built air cooled motor that could arguably take far more boost from forced induction than a fragile 30bhp+ 2stroke motor that has small light components and no extra designed in strength.

I mean people say your lucky to get more than about 5000miles out of a Mito engine with a 150-160cc big bore kit, so putting on a blower as well? Maybe he's already brought a big dustpan and brush?

So he's created a 250cc gp bike, but heavier more complex and probably less reliable?

I do fancy a GP based bike for road fun, but I'd want it to weigh less than the above and be more reliable.

Yeah it would be a good fun buy if you were a millionaire
but it's pointless, it has NO reliability to it, it's $55,000 you can buy 2 R1'S for that Laughing what was he thinking Thumbs Up

1/4 mile? If it goes anywhere except workshop Arrow dyno Arrow concours I'll eat my lid.

Still better value for money than a Victory Hammer, mind.

Afaik ... It's from Italy, and is a great bike according to un biased mito section on 125 Smile

We all did agree it was about 50 k too much money.

For the owners sake, I hope he has lots of money, and does not care.
