old muscle cars

i recently bought a 1987 mustang LX (cost $1,200) and im thinking in putting about 700 dollars in it. i want to resell it but dont know what will give it good horsepower and good torque(maybe hit low 12's in the 1/4 mile. any suggestions?

Who here owns classic muscle cars?

If you want to drag race a muscle car on a low budget, the way forward is clear.

NOS. Kits in the US can be as low as $350, so for $700 you could get an ok kit with a big bottle and a progressive controller.

And can you show us some pictures. Big american muscle cars are cool, whatever anyone says.
