Ebay issues

Hoping to pick the brains of the Tech gurus.

For some reason only half the pictures on E-bay searches are showing and the top drop down button which changes say "distance nearest" to "lowest price" wont update.

I've tried it on Chrome, Opera and even IE but all the same.

OS system is Windows 7 64bit.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I have ran CCleaner, ran virus check, system restored to a time when I knew it worked, cleared cache, all to no avail.

I had the EXACT same issue last night when on ebay! Put it down to firefox playing up and went to bed. Maybe it's an ebay issue then.

Mine works fine in IE & Chrome. Did you clear cookies/cache?

It does seem to be an Ebay issue with some of the filters, e.g Capacity.

I have tried it on a few PC's and it is happening on those too.

I have started a thread on E-bay in the hope they will remedy the issue.

Yeah it's started doing it here too. Also sometimes changing say "Distance" filter to anything else does nothing. They've changed something in the coding of their pages and it's fucked

I came here to post about my problems with eBay and saw this thread.

Mine will only show the first 10 or thumbnail pics if I click a category.

For example: Search for "Kawasaki". All thumbnail pics load fine. Then click "Motorcycles and Scooters" category on the left hand side. The first 10 or so thumbnail pics load, but all the others below don't. I've deleted all cookies and restarted computer and it still does the same. Tried in Chrome and IE8, both are the same.

Also, if I put a max price in the filter and click Enter or the little button next to it nothing happens at all.

Anyone else experiencing the same thing? A Google search has yet to provide answers.

I spoke to "someone" on E-bay via the live-chat who couldn't follow a few simple steps and assured me it was fine. Then I linked them what I was looking at and they seen the issue.

Apparently it was passed on to some tech department. Not heard anything since.

If I get any sort of reply, i'll update the thread.

It's bloody annoying though, wish they would sort it.

Workaround: use the advanced search, you can do all the standard settings, but then choose the sort order at the bottom.
