My main worry is that I might have to get the mouth of the crankcase machined out to fit the wider cylinder....... Thoughts?

thanks, just wish there was a UK supplier, I can see why thou, as hardly any of the MB80 models exist anymore in the UK!

Do you have any personal experience with these kits?

BTW Cheers for the link!

EDIT:

Further research reveals that the MBX80 (same engine as the MB and MTX) that the stroke differs to that of the H100S when looking at the stroke length....41.4mm MBX80 stroke versus 49.5 H100S2

Is that going to mean i'm going to have to space it with a thick spacer plate or get an MBX80 conrod?

Do you have one of these bikes/kit?

My Girlfriend has an H100a, i have exchanged emails with dutch and germans who all assure me that it will go straight on, i bought an mb8 top end gasket set and all the stud spacing are identical so i have no reason to doubt them, but i havent personally fitted one

Brilliant, thanks.

What made you choose the kit that was more expensive over the black one? Or was that going by word from the dutch and germans?

This is actually getting rather interesting, more interesting that I can find a reed block with 6 petals instead of the bog standard 2 petal by Honda. I already have a 24mm Mikini carb for the bike. Most of the suggestions points to getting the exhaust sorted with a bigger expansion chamber for the main increase in performance.

Oh and gearing is already sorted by the larger front sprocket (can go up to 17t)

The one i posted is cheaper! a 17 tooth won't fit, they have all the tuning goodies you will ever need at Mop shop Very Happy
The Parmakit is bare alloy so won't stick out on the silver H100 engine and they make some good quality kit

yeh he's flat out atm

he did a few pipes for the rxs, so no reason he wouldn't do one for the h100

do you remember prices he quoted for the RXS pipes?
