NOS parts were so common for this bike 10 years ago that I wish I did the rebuild back then and I could of got everything!

ebay has been my friend as well as David Silver Spares for the NOS parts. Guess I'll just have to wait for one to pop up on ebay.

I got a genuine downpipe from Australia for £17 quid posted Laughing

Right time for some pictures now. Below is trying to get a screw off with a messed up slotted head. Solution? Drill the head off and being stainless steel I thought I was going to have no luck! So here comes a cobalt drill bit and voila off it comes!

https://i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc108/CB1Rocket/20130113_171305.jpg

Then this was the silly quote of 350 +vat to re chrome this lot!

On Topic: £350 for those little bits. What!? Surely there must be people willing to do it cheaper?

Off Topic: This thread is not helping my desire to throw a wodge of money at the RXS.

However the abundance of stupidly cheap tuning parts available for the YBR (Jianshe) from China, the fact it is a reasonable size for my lanky 6'1" frame and the fact is actually stops is making it a more sensible bike to throw money at as a tiny tuned up commuter. Sad

I could of course fix my spare RXS engine and somehow fit that in the Jianshe...now that would be a project. Laughing

So been a bit of a while, and I have been having countless thoughts of whether to tune or not.

This turned up from Germany.
125cc and 20bhp anyone?

Straight on fit! Cool

Look at the size differences compared to the old piston!

Spoken to Mick Abbey regarding tuning the bike by the way.

£150 for a custom exhaust with aluminium silencer from header to tailpipe in mild steel, so will have to be painted in VHT paint.
Also includes machining the original cylinder head to suit the new barrel as the compression will be too high i'm told and easily hole the piston! Also includes a dyno run to see what power it delivers! Cool

Great I thought so I'm hoping to send it up next month once he has all the race prepped bikes out the way as the season is about to start for those bikers.

Latest photos below, not much but I hope to get it up to standard as per my other H100 shown at the very bottom. As the project is not rideable and to save time with hassling about with the engine, I'm going to send my current road going bike up to Mick to get sorted for a tune, and possibly have two set of pipes made up to suit both the 100cc and the 125cc barrels!

That's really annoying because i was waiting for a response since the 8th of 2013 lol....so...here it is

I just stumbled upon your thread concerning the rebuilt of your Honda H100. I would sincerely appreciate if you could give me some advice on some aspect of the rebuilt, especially concerning the cylinder (https://i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc108/CB1Rocket/20130204_142202_zps547b1cd0.jpg). It's really a beautiful project. Did you ever wanted to fit a six speed gear box on your bike? I heard the six speed gear box of an MB80 would easily fit on the Honda H100... It would be better if we talked on some other site, like Facebook, if you are registered there.

Sorry for my bad english.

Cylinder; go on the german ebay and look up cylinders under the MB80 name.

Yes CR80 box and and I think the MBX80 came with 6 speed as standard so will drop in. The crankcases are the same.

Would be best to talk here for all to see

I would like to show you some tuned up H100s from my country. Here, this motorcycle is tuned to the max. Much of the time, the 4 speed gearbox is replaced with a 5 or sometimes by a 6 one.
