Recruitment is becoming more and more digitalised unfortunately. Programs that look for key words in your CVs.

So in future you need only write your CV like this, using only a list of key words that the machine is likely to look for;

CV John Smith
Excellent, hard working, determination, determined, intelligent, work well under pressure, experienced, friendly, agreeable, on time, always, brilliant, genius, multitasking, good, positivity, information technology, wife, masters, forward thinking, specificity, admirable, exceptional, superb.

I am excellent when hard. My working determination is not intelligent and I do not work well under pressure. I am not experienced or friendly and I am un-agreeable with always being on time. I am however, a brilliant genius; unless it involves multitasking or good positivity. I regularly use internet technology to spy on my neighbours wife. I am a master of forward thinking and installed a waterproof webcam into her toilet with utmost specificity. Let's just say what I saw was not admirable but exceptional and simply superb.
