Motherboard Replacement

The mother board went on my Lenovo 3000 N200 (0769) after much searching on fleabay I have been able to get another mother board that has been tested and in working.

Does anyone have a guide on how to fit it, I imagine it is just unplug/unscrew then rescrew/replug, but hand tips and or a step by step guide to doing it wpoukld be a help.

I you're unsure just make sure to take pics of all the screws as you take it apart, so you know what went where when you're putting it back together. Also don't be too ham fisted when dealing with ribbon cables for keyboard/trackpad etc. Unlock the little tabs on the connector sockets, don't just yank em out.
