Looking at it on Wemoto it's the same as a Suzuki pad pin. Wemoto says it 45.3mm long 4.5 diameter.
The Suzuki pins that I've done for the 6 potters and rears from GS to GSXR models have been 45.5. long, a 1.5mm hole with a 6.5mm centre from the top of the pin and as for diameter, Wemoto says theirs are 4.5mm, every one I've measured has been 4.6-4.7. You can't easily find 4.5.stainless so I use 3/16" which is close enough as long as the caliper holes are free from crud. https://i561.photobucket.com/albums/ss60/mickcbr1100/ebay/StainlessPins2.jpg

I've not got any of them or bar at the moment though sorry and I'm off on holiday at the weekend.

They're awkward to make but doable with a pillar drill and vice, I used to do them like that at first for odd ones but now I've made a jig and use a small milling machine.
If you do decide to make them "freehand" best tip to do the crosshole is use a dremel to grind a small flat in the hole position before you centre punch and drill it, makes it easier all round. But be prepared to throw a few "mistakes" away. 3/16ths bar is cheap enough on fleabay.
