Does anyone know where I can get an 8mm rear set peg from? Today ideally. I have called probably 30 companies and noone seems to stock them.

The one that I have in my box of bits has a 10mm internal thread.

But if you can find someone with a lathe near you maybe they can make you one.

Got one from a really shady looking breakers yard in Aldershot Laughing

Thanks anyway Tim - all the ones I found seemed to be 10mm Confused Very annoying.

Also - Iv just been told that all pegs have to be folding or its an MOT fail. Is this true? I called bullshit.

The footpegs on my R1 are Harris which are solidly mounted. The footrests on my Exup1000 are home made but fixed and have never been an issue at MoT time. The OEM pegs on the CB125T2 are also fixed and have never been folding.

Glad you got it sorted Thumbs Up

Did you ask about bits for your R1 while you were there?
