Parked up at Pure Triumph in Woburn to go to the festival as a friend had a bee information stall there.

I came back and had a cup of tea at the bike shop and ended up trading the stripple in for a Tiger Explorer. Thumbs Up

I haven't told the wife yet, I think I'm going to see if she fancies a posh meal tonight and just let slip about it then.

Just get one the same colour, what's the chances she'll notice that it's changed?

I once had a girlfriend who was feeling particularly jealous.
"You love that bike more than me. Why don't you go outside and FUCK IT !"

This was said in a teary rage, and I guess I should have been sympathetic or at least respectful, but I couldn't help laughing. Oops.

My reply would have been:

I can't, it's on its period. What's your excuse for being such a whiney bitch?

They don't make an orange one Crying or Very sad

Well, that didn't go down too well. She got suspicious and asked what I was hiding. It must have been that grovelling 'I'll take the dog for a walk dear, you watch telly' that screwed it.

I'll never pass a lie detector test so the Jeremy Kyle show is a no no.

I think the spare room and anti Bobbit pants are the way to go tonight. Shocked

Ah the old bumble bees should not be able to fly myth...

Watched an interesting program about this a number of years ago. They are physically too big for their small wings, if they were to use them like the common housefly that is, but they overcome this problem by actually inverting their wings and creating lift on the back stroke as well as the normal down stroke.

It also takes 49 bee miles to make one bottle of my Shea Butter and Honey Original Source Shower Gel.

Yes, but what shop isn't when you are spending anything from £5000 upwards.

after a few weeks of bringing the same bike home she sometimes says "is this yours then?"

or sometimes I tell her "give me a lift to ??? to pick up this bike I've bought"

can't understand the problem

I'm looking at buying a Ducati 851 or 888 if I can find a good one, the other half is happy for me to do so.

Very few of the triumph triples here. I wonder how big a dent it will make in the bmw gs market. The yami super ten is too heavy to be real competition but the triumph seems like a serious contender. Priced better as well.

If the wife rages too much just get on the bike and go for a spin. It will eat up kilometres!
