Hey all.

Decided after having no access to my own car for the last 5 or so years than i need to get back on the road. I've always been into 'quick' cars so the thought of getting a slow run-around really doesnt appeal to me.

I have been contemplating my bike licence for some time, but never really took it seriously or looked into it much.

Last week was the final straw after spending 2 and a half hours on public transport to get to Kendal on a train that wasn't the most pleasant smelling train in the world!

Took my wife to the local bike shop (her idea) with her thinking that a 125 would be all i would want, the guy laughed when i told him that and said that firstly it would be too small for me and secondly i would look like a clown (which i kind of figured out for myself)

Anyway, long story short(ish), he sat me on a CBR600F and i fell in love!

The bike just felt right. even my reluctant wife agreed that it was the right bike.

Anyway, just waiting for my driving licence to come back from the DVLA (updated photograph) and i shall book my DAS course and be in the market for a CBR600F.

I shall be hovering around the boards trying to pick up as much info as i possibly can before I get on the streets.

Razz

TIME ON A TIDDLER IS RARRARARARGHGHARARHRHH.

The new CBR600F is "just" a Hornet in a frock, mind. Which I actually mean as a positive, but if you're into "fast" be aware that real Power Rangers may mock, albeit from ditches and half way up trees. Razz

Good job on the confidence, you're already half way there.
