Ok J have been busy and have finaly opened the case up.

I needed to have the shop pull the magneto and undo a couple of impact screws but apart from that I have done the lot on my own the kick start shaft is out (waiting for the one from Vince .

Not sure what to so now with the conrod now ? Think im going to take it to a bike shop to get some advice.

Im going to put fresh bearings all round, new con rod kit and anything else needed so the case can stay shut lol

Anyway as usual any advice apprechiated.

EDITED - To add Vincent comment about opening the case was awesome ... put the bolts back in and gently tap the heads and the case carcked open.
