Hello guys and girls again...
Long storys short:
car driver pulled out when shouldnt and crashed into him.. bike = messed up.


Just need some advice on what to do i have £760 to spend from the claim to get the bike back on the road and mot'd..

forks are bent.... ( worth straightening?)

handle bars needs replacing

new spindle.

new mudguard..


I've tried to locate parts i need but cant find them on ebay or any where... is there any websites that sell the parts needed?


Allso noticed the reditator fan wont turn on.. im not sure if they are serposed to be running when ignition is on or when the engine reaches a temp but ever way i havnt seen them work..


Allso my brakes did next to nothing when i needed them to.. any advice? replace pad, lines?

Newer ones are water cooled, but that's just more to go wrong. Also, it implies they've done some original engineering to create a water jacket, which would worry me.

Tef seems to be fiercely ambivalent about them.

CMPO supply parts for the DD125E, if that's your model.

However, I'd suggest that you're throwing good money after bad and should part out what's left and try something else.

Buy a new bike.

You'll flush £500 just getting it going again, then be worth much less when you come to sell it.

Get a CG and do your tests Wink
You can get a good one 2001 with like 14k for <£800
