Hello, You saw Jay (scouse on here) last night in Hanley I believe, get yourself added to the midlands forum, everyone who goes to the stormy arranges it in there. Thumbs Up

I took a look at https://www.bikesrfun.com last night, I like how all the stunts were performed on closed private roads, very surprised that you get road works there too. Laughing

Do you go to any of the other meets at all? bassets, braddy, the wheel?

Yes I did notice you tend to do that, bloody road works in the way now though, I did my first wheelie last night... it scared me. Shocked

Mike you forgot to mention that a few weeks ago you were the one on the almost mint CBR 250 with a big puddle of petrol around it. Laughing

Forgot to say, You'll get added to the midlands forum just as soon as Colin (McJamweasel) gets on-line, it will appear at the bottom of the list of forums, general chat, outings & excursions etc. Someone will post in there when they plan to go to the various bike meets etc through the week, I try to get to the Stormy every week, even when its raining. Cool

Confused

Apart from keith and his mechanical skills what other talent do we have in the midlands. Well you do have a certain talent but not the same sort of talent that nige seems to have. Wink

Shaun, we all have our own special talents in the Midlands, as a Midlander I expect you to have noticed that. Wink

Maybe your talent is not noticing important things.

You might be right there, just today I totally messed up on a corner, was a sharp right but I went straight off into someones drive because I basically wasn't observant enough. Sad

Luckily I didn't stack it, probably would of if I'd tried to go for the corner though, positioning was all wrong. Confused

Going to bassets pole, following those bikes down that really twisty road (where we got lost) and you followed a tzr125 off a bend and into that barn thing.

I forgot about that but that one doesn't count really since I thought it was you who had pulled over and slowed right down and went onto the gravel, the speed I was going I could've easily taken the corner if I wanted to. By the way, you said you thought I'd crashed last night, you didn't look too concerned though tootling back up the road at 5mph with your feet off the pegs. Confused

I also notice that you have failed to mention the 2 stupid things you did last night, like overtake me in a 30, just as a police car came round the corner. Then you failed to learn your lesson and 5 minutes later you overtook me again in a 30 limit but just before you did that you started running wide on the easily taken left hander nearly hitting a police car. I blame that stupid car that just stopped in the middle of the road in front of me! The rear end stepped out when I saw the police car, must have looked quite cool actually which is why they didn't pull me Wink

Or maybe it had something to do with the fact that you raced off as quick as you could so they wouldn't have a chance of catching you, just as we came off the roundabout you were going down into Jay's area, it probably would've made it alot worse for you if they did decide to chase you. Confused
