SRAD Wont Start

Ok, A while back I managed to get her going, no problems, she'd start on the button, idle happily life goes on

Now my mates finally brought her home, Iv charged the battery (after numerous epic fails at bump starting to regenerate power) and she refuses to start

Like I said, failed bump starting. You put her in gear, she suddenly she isnt as free as neutral when holding the clutch in, it gets very heavy, and when you run and drop the clutch, she wants to go but wont.

There is petrol in there so that rules that one out.

When you turn the bike on, the dash comes on, the fuel pump starts but when you clutch and starter (Typical Suzuki design) it does a VERY slow starter turn which dies IMMEDIATELY

Iv tried my Thundercat Battery which is in use on a daily basis, no difference and I put the SRAD battery in the Thundercat, started on the button no issues, so I know its not the battery :/

Any Ideas???
Im thinking of popping the tank off tomorrow and checking the starter motor ground.
