Change your pads.

The noise is from dirt on your pads and I don't think you can clean them. Cleaning your dics may help a little, but the problem is your pads.

On a used bike it could be a good idea to change them anyway. Thumbs Up

The cleaning may help, but the squeal is normally produced from the pad moving very quickly against the piston behind it.

Get some coper slip from a garage and then take the pads out give them a clean or replace as needed and apply the grease to the BACK of the pads and refit.

This should stop the squeal.
