Hi guys

So I managed to bag a cheap cg125 engine to put into mine everythings going good till I try to refit the pipes from the carb to where they are supposed to go can anyone tell me is this pipe underneath the fuel tap (PIPE A) supposed to go into the fuel tap where pipe b is currently placed or is it where the gold area where theres a nozzle for it? PIPE B is direct from the carb so am I correct in assuming the petrol goes to the carb using that pipe? sorry if i sound stupid I dont want to mess this up! especially since its my first time doing anything like this.

Also I put the throttle needle back into the throttle body however when I screwed it back on it seems i only get 1/3 of a turn on the throttle before it hits the limit? its like a quick shift throttle all of a sudden Embarassed how do I know I have placed it into the body correctly? no matter how many times i tried it just wasnt having it lol

also it seems its not showing me the neutral light even though it seems to be in neutral >.<

The fuel pipe from the petrol tap goes to the carb which is correct and the other pipe looks like it to do with the emissions system which I don't know too much about but I would assume it would need to connect to the inlet manifold so it should be fine connected to the gold nipple. This is assuming that your bike is a 2004+ bike with a engine from the same year onwards.

Your throttle cable should be easy to fix. First make sure the cable is routed correctly and not caught on anything. Have you tried adjusting the cable from the handlebar end. There should be two points you can adjust, one were it connects to the throttle grip and the other a tiny bit further down the cable. To slacken the cable screw the adjuster in. Also make sure the accelerator pump on the side of carb is correctly adjusted. Two alignment marks should line up on full throttle although it is hard to explain where it is without a picture.

Finally, for the neutral switch, double check behind the front sprocket cover that the red and green? wire is connected to neutral switch. It could even be a worn neutral switch.

pipe b goes from the petcock to your carb.

if pipe B is also aimed at the black wire below thats your electric start wire.

pipe A again doesnt look like a pipe it looks like its your ht lead
