My BCF is Too BIG

For some reason, whenever I go to this forum, or open it up from an e-mail notification the resolution is really big It might be my fault, I'm not sure but how can I get it back to the normal size, is there a setting on the web site somewhere? Any other sites are the normal resolution so I presume it's not my PC.
