So i bought my moped last monday ( 8 days ) i obviously am yet to receive my logbook back.

Can i still SORN it as i have a few months until i can take my CBT ?

or do i have to wait untill i get my logbook back to sorn it ?

You can SORN it, but you're hoping that the DVLA have changed the keeper to you. Change of keeper invalidates SORN, remember.

There's a big grace period, just SORN it when you get the logbook back.
