I'm sure you'll get a mixed lot of comments some good some bad, here's mine:-

They were fitted when i got the bike, so not sure how many miles they had done, I've now done 2k on them and can't really notice any wear at all, so far they seem fine, great in the dry, seem good in the wet(but try to avoid it) and I would replace with them again.

Had them on my XJ 600 S and would not even recommend them to my worst enemy..... Twisted Evil

Even in the dry grip was at best iffy. In the wet, forget any sort of grip.
Even when they were hot.... Zero grip, despite being hot enough to dry the tyre when stopped.....

Life span would be counted in years, not miles Laughing

I use them on the ER-5, fine for all-year round riding, cheap, have never had a problem with grip and normally easy to get hold of.
Can't comment on mileage/rubber, I seem to go a fairly long time between changes, but in all truth it's been so long that I don't remember! Laughing

Had them on my old divvy, hated them with a passion, iffy in the dry and skipped all over in the wet, no grip at all, they last for years I'm told but I changed mine out within 3 months for BT45's which were made of win for grip in all conditions.
