Stale fuel? No fuel? Blocked carb? Fucked stator motor? Seized engine?

before i would do anything i would do a compression test to see what state the engine is in.

obviously fueling is the issue, i don't think it would be stale fuel because fuel takes a while to go stale, i would first clean the air filter out ( wash it & dry out ) once i had done that i would give the carb a good clean and going over.

-Check & blow out jet's
-Clean bowl with carb cleaner or petrol with a tooth brush
-Make sure needle valve is working and in good condition
-Also make sure the float is free and not stuck and has not got holes in it.

Tip - be very careful with float be sure not to alter the float height.

Good Luck

Matt
