It was so close.... I almost cancelled this one. Neutral
A night before, on the way home my bike lost spark. Just FI light was blinking an error code to me.
How can you lead the group without a bike? How can you cancel the ride when you stuck on A406? Confused

A friend of mine saved me big time. I asked him if he is off at work and can take me as a pillion. Rolling Eyes
Nothing got cancelled. But first had to push the bike near a station as I had to go back home by train.

On Saturday I met with Greg by Liverpool street and we went to get Jana. Soon after Mirek came on his BMW sport tourer. Fantastic machine.
Then we went to Epping Forest to meet other guys.
Soon after we met Alex who came on his Derby. It's another 125cc witch doesn't look like one.
Mark came few minutes after. At this point we had a small cruiser and adventure bike, big adventure bike and 1100cc sport tourer.
Me, who supposed to lead the group had no bike. Laughing No problem. Very Happy

We spent almost an hour chatting here. Greg's jokes made us laugh. Bad boy : Cool

Time to go.
Mark took me on his bike and I was telling him where to go.

Some nice roads and a bit of green lanes. Mirek had no problem to follow even with passenger. :rspct:

After that bit we had to make a plan. Mark set his navigation to Epping choosing the shortest route. Really good and fun roads.
When we arrived at Epping we decided to head to Ware using the same setup on navigation. This time Alex was leading the group.
Again, some fantastic roads I've never seen before.

Ware was our last stop before heading back as Mark and Greg was time constrained. We had enough time however for some more chat.
Mark told us some interesting stuff about action cameras as he works for a company that makes them. Cool :o

At the end it was a great day. Beautiful weather and great company. It's so great to meet new, nice people.
Big thanks to Mirek, Greg, Mark, Alex and Jana.

See you next time on another trip. Hopefully I will be on my bike that time. Cool

Kris
