Finished 2nd, the really tight jeans and utterly shite start didn't help.

This year I placed 2nd in the midlands round, losing by 0.06s. Upsetting but I had dislocated 2 ribs 8 weeks prior so I was happy with 2nd.

New sport on the radar of many here i'd imagine?

Is there any resistance, or is it all about cadence?

There is a fair amount of resistance and the gearing is high, getting going is hard work. No different to playing on a turbo trainer though i'd never beast myself that hard on the turbo
