Brakes

I can't find any reference to this on BCF, but I was interested in the difference between radial and traditional brakes and googled this:-

I didn't realise the reason for radial brakes, now I do!

The rest I do know about but it's a wonderful description of brakes and how they work for the uninitiated. Hope it will help!

I could never get my head around the Bike Journo's shite that a radial brake brakes better than a non-radial brake.

I knew it was something to do with the upside down fork design.
