Had a new rear fitted yesterday and scrubbed it in today ... or tried to

I've ventured in to Mid-Wales and on some of those roads today, I should of easily got my chicken strips down but I just cant .....and I know why.....

I'm scrubbing off too much speed going in to the bend

I need to look through the bends more; I'm lining up ok but I'm breaking too much before I tip in and end up 50p'ing around the corner when I know I couldve done it a lot quicker and smoother. Rolling Eyes

I did a trackday about 4yrs ago, maybe its time to go again Thumbs Up

WTF is jimmychoo doing here!!!!!!

Spudda, don't get your knickers in a twist, youve found the answer yourself, just gradually increase your speed on the bends that you know and it will all fall into place, just remember speed isn't everything, better to be safe than sorry if you get my meaning, a track day won't do you any harm either, or an advanced rider course, have fun whatever and stay safe out there Thumbs Up
