Titanic: Blood and steel

so i been watching this because my partner is obsessed with it and is also building a 4ft long model of the damn ship.

This tv shows pretty kool, for once its not about the sinking or the disaster but its actually showing (sort of) the building of the titanic and focuses quite heavily on the social situations around the time.

like the workers fighting for the right to join a union, italians being the country because of problem in italy and of course, the class differences.

im finding it quite educational, but of course, with it being a TV show and made to keep people interested, taking it with a pinch of salt but reading up on matters which are of interest.

really quite fascinating and worth watching if you have any interest in political/social history and/or maritime ship building of the period.
