I fancy a camera for the bike, GoPro's are great, proven to be brilliant, but cost a testicle to buy.

Are there any comparable equivalents?

Drift HD170, a tad chunky but can pic them up off amazon refurbed for £70 and they are 1080p @ 30fps or 720p @ 60fps

Don't you remember the go pro thread? (They censor bad reviews)

£129 for a Drift HD 720 is looking promising, Vids are looking pretty sweet too!

Just bought a drift ghost. The mountabilty (if that's a word) was the decider for me. That and the after sales service. I've heard several people, both on here and in real life who cannot sing the praises of drift innovations high enough.

I'm one of them, I use Drive HD1080, Mounting is so much easer and aftercare is great.

Go-Pros just look to weird

The cheap old Drifts make good secondary cameras, like for rear-shots. HD or HD Ghost though for main one.
