Help identifying pocket bike/engine

Hi all,
Firstly if i posted this in the wrong section, please let me know...

Okay, so these holidays I was at my friends house who has a pocket bike that wasn't working. A quick story on how he got it: his uncle owns a rental property, the tenants didn't pay rent for over a year, they got kicked out and left all their stuff behind. Stuff got given to my friend, and yeah, he got a pocket rocket One day he tried starting it, no go. I came over to help him, it had no spark, i found out battery wasn't charged, yada yada. Got it going and had so much fun on it and i wanted to find out the make of the bike and possibly the engine model or whatever.

What I know about the bike:
-It's green
- It's a 4-stroke
- It's a road motorbike
- The engine has 'Loncin' written on the left engine cover
- The speedo goes up to 60mph
- It doesn't have a clutch
- It's 4 speed
- The engine looks like one of those chinese engines you see everywhere.

I do apologise for the lack of information I tried doing research but couldn't find anything!
