After an excellent weekend of riding (went on a jaunt with a mate on Saturday for about 6 hours, then had a 9-5 lesson on Sunday), I've just passed my theory test. Very Happy 50/50 for the questions and 62/75 for the hazard perception.

After yesterday, I'm feeling much more confident on the bike - riding the back roads from Edinburgh up to North Berwick was phenomenal fun yesterday. Now, I'm hoping I can practise my arse off and get some practical tests done before the weather gets too grim!

Well done and good luck. As long as you can ride, and you're doing your checks (mirrors, lifesavers) correctly, you should be able to get it done quickly!

Cheers guys! I'll be using the bike over the car whenever I can to get as many miles under my belt as possible. Really want to get it done before the law change. Just hope I haven't cut it too fine!

It is a rather nice feeling, I'm sure you'll discover this for yourself on your first attempt.
