Rewelded subframe, few bits changed. DVLA issues?

Hello, modifying my bandit 600, cut the subframe, and having it re-welded back in a slightly different place. Also a few other bits and pieces like tank etc have been changed to stuff other than standard.

How would I go about getting it legal? Do I need to fire off an email to DVLA? Anyone know it?

Nothing on the v5 needs to change. It's literally the subframe that's the major change. It's been lowered.

DVLA don't care. Insurance might tho.
