Carbon fibre preload adjusters put them over the bike preload adjusters then clamp them on with the allen grubs screws. Then you can adjust the preload without needing a spanner.

These are £22 delivered on eBay.

£10 a pair for these.

The Hex ones are 17mm and the oval ones are 14mm

Any questions on fitting just ask, but the easiest way to check is to measure.
