Seriously rain, the wind and cold in the uk you get these most days so if people are scared of them they might as well not ride.

Only thing that puts me off riding is being mechanically screwed or having ice on the road.

when its cold.. windy and raining..

not just a bit chilly, a little blowy and a few specks of rain..

Im talking hurricane like wind.. monsoon like rain, you know, the stuff that gets you soaked to the bone within seconds.. and cold enough to make your fingers stick to your keys when you go to fill up (this never happened honest Laughing )

Ice is about it for me, snow too.

Can put up with the cold and stuff. At a party last night and couldn't be bothered to take all my bike gear there... so I rode there in shorts and a jacket with the sleeves rolled up. Freezing, but I can deal with it.

I don't like riding in the rain, but the bike is my only form of transport and I have to commute every day, so I don't really have a choice.

The cold I don't mind too much. Just pisses me off when my finger tips end up so cold I can't even feel them.

Snow/Ice would be a definite nono for me.

If it's below 3C (so chance of ice) or if it's raining.

Ice on the road is the stopper.
the temperatures this country sees can be dealt with you just need to be used to it to know what works

Rain.

I don't mind getting caught in it.

I just won't set off in it.

I was out for an hour this morning in pretty heavy rain testing out my kit and getting some wet practice - It was quite nice!

The wind does my head in, get the wrong gust and I'm veering some feet to the side on my 125. Ice on the road as well of course.

Another vote for ice. Everything else can be dealt with, and I should know, I got my license in the tail end of a blizzard. Properly slippy black ice though, you're going down.
