Call me stupid but, Why do you need the electric pump for the fuel ?
Or does it need more ummph to get it into the carb ?

As the combuston happens allot quicker the carb cannot cope with the sudden increase so you have to add more fuel or the bike will run very lean and then blow up.

Going by the diagram, your using the normal way of putting fuel into the carb via the tank AND Adding more fuel via the electric pump to the nos into the air pipe thing in front of the carb ?

Well you learn something new everyday ! Thanks Thumbs Up

Nitrous systems usually use an "Enrichment Fuel Injector" to compensate for the fact that the carbs or EFI wasnt designed for the density of O2 the nitrous contains.
