I've been following the output of the UK Column for a while now and switched on folks may find it worth a look.

Check the Youtube channel and https://www.ukcolumn.org/ but I'll just leave this Youtube link for an interview with Ben Fellows, who explains about child abuse in the entertainment industry (interview starts about 45m in). Not the sort of interview you find on the telly.

I posted what I think to be a very interesting interview about child abuse in show biz, along with a link to the site for people who were interested in learning more.

Then someone digs up something completely unrelated from the site which they don't agree with, and regurgitates it along with 'hurp durp'. That's forums for you Rolling Eyes

Maybe you can contact them with your hurp durp arguments smegballs.

Could this be why people are commenting on the whole site?

I don't think Common Law means what you think it does.

In that diagram, given the rate at which convictions are given out for almost anything, most of the country could be considered "outlaws" and devoid of rights ect anyway. If they're going down the "legal fiction" route then all the state would need to do is make the relevant "civil" offences into "criminal" offences and then they should apply to the person, rather than the legal fiction. Obviously I'm not a constitutional lawyer so this is just MHO!

The freeman stuff makes good youtube, and its good to see people at least trying to defend their rights.

Point taken, but it shouldn't be assumed that I'm prepared to defend every point of view on there. I haven't agreed with some of the analysis/opinions I've seen in the videos myself, and emailed them with my contrary opinion on one occasion.

Im-a-Ridah, I've looked in to the Common Law issues with freemen etc. and I agree it's an interesting angle. At least it gets people thinking about the judicial system and its odd ways.
