Mod1 and 2 with modified bike ?

I will b doing my Mod 1 and Mod 2 on a 125cc and was wondering if the DSA test centre would allow you to do these tests on a Honda CBF 125 with a Scorpion exhaust ?

Does the bike need to be standard or can it have a small mod like the Scorpion ?

Is it roadworthy? Then job done.

They're not the police, you're only going to be knocked back if it's obviously not safe to be used on a public road. However, be aware that some DSA Dereks are now checking for engine warning lights, so if anyone's got one showing... remove the bulb.
