I am looking to buy a torque wrench for general bike maintenance tasks and was wondering which one people would recommend that is not too expensive.

I see that prices vary widely so looking for some recommendations from the people who know Wink

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Sealey-STW1011-Torque-Wrench-Micrometer-Style-3-8-Sq-Drive-7-112Nm-5-83lb-ft-new-/120862033029?pt=UK_Hand_Tools_Equipment&hash=item1c23f04485

That would cover most of what your likely to be doing in general maintenance, got a pretty decent range of torque's covered.

Thumbs Up

Most 3/8 drive click type torque wrenches will do the job accurately enough for what you want.

Don't buy this type though, waste of money.

aldi have just had one in, I know I know it's ALDI right...but there tools are usually OK for occasional use. I think it was £15 and my friends had his for about a year now and I have seen him use it as a hammer and it still works.
